Pineapple and Beef 2

I don't know why the picture is turning sideways when i upload it, but this version 2 of the meat and pineapple. Lightly seared beef with a lot of the same and similar garnishes. This time the grilled pineapple was glazed with soy sauce and there is honeydew caviar on top.
