That looks amazing! I've been having an issue with my caramel crystallizing instead of staying saucy like it's supposed to be. I'm following the CS recipe. Are you doing anything differently?

Nothing really different. The trick is not to stir or move the pot at all. Just let it heat up and let the sugar slowly melt away. Let the heat do the work. Cheers!

Hmm, tried again tonight. It got to a point where the sugar dried up and became a solid white block and then eventually burnt on the bottom

That took about 20 minutes. Any other tips? How long should it take? What size pot/pan are you using?
