I got this sweet Tojiro bread knife for Christmas. It's special to me because it's from my wife, who (when she was my girlfriend) gave me my first Japanese knife, a Tojiro santoku with my name engraved in it. Each year she adds a new knife to the collection. We've been together a long time, almost completes my Tojiro collection.
