Christmas leftover

Frozen mashed potato, frozen turkey both reheated, quick beer and mushroom veloute, cranberry granita (well frozen cranberry sauce that I didn't have the time to thaw). Voila! I miss the holidays....

That looks amazing! Can you elaborate a little on how you made the veloute?

I just made a roux and used beer instead of milk. Fried mushrooms on the side with butter and added them to the veloute, really easy!

Sounds good. I usually don't know how to deal with Christmas leftovers so I freeze them in refrigerator and reheat them the next lunch.
