We've had dishes like Shanghai soup dumplings, BBQ pork, and of course steamed buns, but how about some takeout menu classics, like Sweet and Sour Pork/Beef/Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and General Tso's? On a personal note, here in Oregon there's a local restaurant called Szechuan Kitchen which has an entree called Strawberry Sweet and Sour Chicken, which appears to have a slightly lighter sauce and the unbreaded chicken sliced thin. Aside from the titular strawberries, green pepper, pineapple, onion, and carrot are added. When not served takeout, it is presented on a bed of shredded cabbage and what I think is ginger cut in such a way as to resemble a blooming flower, like a tomato rose.
