I just tried my first Joule burger, and it was easily the best burger I've ever made in my life. Beef patty, 133º for 22 minutes, seared in a cast iron pan with a touch of butter.
I am also a fan of turkey burgers, and I think Joule could do wonders by cooking them to doneness, followed by a chill and a sear to finish. Anyone given it a shot? I might try this weekend and would welcome tips!
