hello my forum name is Goliath as that was my old pro wrestling ring name.

anyways i am an avid sausage make, bacon and pretty much anything you can put in a smoker or pellet grill. this is a new food adventure for me and have had 4 sous vide cooks so far. im from norther British Columbia and hope to get some help from time to time !!
