Black Radishes, celery root, kohlrabi, jeruselum artichokes, carrots (full and baby), mini purple, romanesco and traditional cauliflower, baby kale, purple and green brussel sprouts, parsnips, turnips, pastry greens (chocolate mint anyone?) winter greens, creamsicle and burgundy sweet potatoes......lots of flavors and a weekend of winter Veggie Experiment.
