yes we can sous vide cocktails! Gin and lemon peel at 130 F for 3 hours. The result is surprisingly good and it gets very close to a good limoncello. Right now is very strong and I will dilute it with some simple syrup

Um... guess what's legal in WA state. Requires a higher temp for extraction, though. ☺️

Sous vide cocktails are fun! I made these a while ago. One is a mojito, the other a strawberry daiquiri. Went over really well for the party I made them for!

what temperature did you use? I'm still try to understand how to pick a temperature for a given cocktail

I believe I cooked at 122f for a few hours.
