I want try a buttermilk marinade. I would also like to do a whiskey tempura batter. I have always wantes to try it and I was just pulling my steak from the sous vide and all of a sudden it felt lack luster having just had an epic prime rib NYE dinner... so i grab some Goose fat, flour and seasoning and wemt for it

- I just posted about my Chicken Fried Chicken on Sunday. My next step is a Chicken Fried Hamburger. I overbought on some black truffle so I am made some truffle butter and I am going to pick up some truffle cheese and stuff both inside some dry aged grass fed beef this weekend, sous vide it to a rare temp, freeze in liquid nitrogen, dredge and batter and then deep fry in beef tallow for a Chicken Fried Juicy Lucy. Stay Tuned. Agreed, a fun Chef Steps team video (like they did with waffle iron recipes and deep frying) of everything Chicken Fried would be awesome.
