Brazilian Snack

Here is a Brazilian snack, I don't know exactly what it is called in English, but, they are balls of feijoada. The dough is made from feijoada and manioc flour, stuffed with bacon and kind of kale (I do not know exactly the name in english), passed on the breadcrumbs and fried. They arent very beautiful, but they're very delicious!

Feijoada is a Brazillian bean stew. I assume he then mashes the leftover beans and mixes it with yucca flour to be able to roll into balls.

Exactly, it's a black bean stew with pork (smoked or not). Then, I pass the leftovers trough a blender. That's amazing with a good beer ... !!!
