I'm in search of a top-notch Caesar Salad recipe. (Anchovies mandatory. :-D) Recommendations / links? Thank you!

• Hey Ken, This recipe is pretty close to what I do. Maybe a little less anchovy and a bit more garlic. I also make a paste of the garlic with some salt and mash it with the back of a chefs knife. You have to experiment to get the dressing to your liking.
