Hello,

I'm trying the pommes puree recipe tonight. As my joule was heating up (took exceptionally long for some reason) it was hovering around 177 degrees, when it started to make this funny noise, like it was struggling to get up to temp (194 degrees). As my potatoes are cooking, it is still making this low humming whistling type noise. Has anyone experienced this?

• It needs to be cleaned. Use a solution of 50% water/ 50% vinegar in quart jar, set Joule for 140° F, when Joule is at temperature you're done. There are directions in the Joule app.
