from the Joule app. Followed the recipe exactly, using the lower temperature. Used Schaefer Berger chocolate at 70%.
Texture came out great. It was a little salty for my taste, so I topped it with whipped cream. Otherwise I like the taste. I might experiment with different chocolates next time.
