Nice. How did u achieve the green liquid sauce? If u would do instead of a normal egg an onsen egg it would be perfect...

Hello Hubert, sorry for the late reply but I have been sick for almost a week so just catching up now. It is a parsley coulis, made with blanched parsley, bit of chicken stock, beurre monte and salt. Hope this helps. Thanks
