Hello all,
Got the joule for christmas, and have loved it since that day. I am from Saint. Simons Island, a small island off the coast of Georgia right next to the Florida state line, (who knew there were islands in Georgia?!? I have cooked any kind of meat and bird you can think of. Chicken, steak, duck, turkey, pig, brisket, shoulders, etc. I have also takin a liking to the vanilla whipped cream recipe. As I am an inspiring chef I find this website very very helpful. I enjoy the tougher challenges this website has to offer. Thanks y'all are killin it!
