Buncha purple veg from chefs garden....Lamb chop (rack done @57C) with Mughal curry and purple cauliflower puree (hence the off color) Purple baby mulberry cauliflower puree, rice and stalk, Purple sweet potato puree and quinoa with spinach pesto.
