Pho is perhaps the most iconic noodle soup in Vietnam but there is a hidden gem soup made in the central area called; bun bo hue. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bún_bò_Hu ế) So good that Anthony Bourdain even had it featured in his Parts Unknown show destination Vietnam.

Looks awesome! I saw that when he went to Hue.... Did you see that Netflix released his first shows "A Cook's tour" !? It's funny to hear an almost seventies narration to them and with the visits that he eludes to in subsequent series of different names.
