On almost every table in Thailand there is a condiment rack consisting of four small containers: chilis in fish sauce, white sugar, ground hot pepper and crushed peanuts. These are the most common, depending on the dish served there may be a few different condiments, ie..catsup, chili paste, vinegar, etc..
