Cheese cake

Has anyone ever try to make cheesecake in a bag like you would make the custard for crème brûlée and pipping it into ramequins when it is cooked?

If it can be piped, it is not cake. Even if it's cheesecake.

Sort of, but technically isdn't a cheesecake. Using the CS flourless cake as a model, I used marscapone and flavored it with Amaretto and let it set up table side (on table cloth).

I have made cheesecake in small mason jars similar to the CS pot de creme recipe, and that works well. I have never attempted a bag method for cheesecake, though. This might interest you:
