ya even the rowzer is about the same price as I understand it. It's basically an upside blender on steroids combined with a pressure cooker release.

Hadn't seen the Rowzer before... it looks exactly like the Pacojet. Both operate under pressure and both are inverted "blenders on steroids." You can even buy an adapter for the Rowzer that will let you use Pacojet canisters in it. Sort of smacks of patent infringement to me... but I don't know the technical details of how either works so I'm not in the position to judge. I also don't know anything about patent law, so... yeah.
