Not much to the recipe. I used home made chicken stock as the soup. The tare came from by noodles pack. Normally I use the soy sauce braising liquid from making chashu. It was a big il mistake. It wasn't very flavorful.

Yamachan brand, bought from Mitsuwa. They were tonkotsu style. Sun noodles are much better. (Sun's tare was better too.)

I really miss living near a Mitsuwa. Sure, it was an hour-long round-trip to make a Mitsuwa run... but it sure was worth it. Plus there was a solid ramen stall in the food court.
