hey Everyone- any ideas on sauces you have thought of or tried for the capunti recipe. Looking for something more tomato based but any ideas would be welcome!

I did garlic, crimbled sausage, chicken stock, add cooked pasta, toss. Then off heat add parm and toss or stir vigorously. Add some arugula at the end. Serve with more cheese and drizzle of good olive oil.

Tomato paste, n'duja, garlic, tomato, mint, pasta water, and a bit of butter to emulsify at the end is my favorite way to serve it. Gotta toss the pasta with the sauce in the pan for 2 minutes. Finish with parm reggiano off the heat. It's my faaaaaaaav pasta
