Dry ice and liquid nitrogen

Hello everyone at Chefsteps my name is brian. I am on here today to ask where can I find some dry Ice? It's because I really want to make so good ass ice cream but also I am a chef and I wanted to learn more about molecular gastronomy as well. So if you can please help me where to look also does anyone else know where I can get liquid nitrogen?

Welding supply shops either have it or can tell you where it is available in your area. Where I am at many grocery stores carry dry ice, I have to go to welding supply shops to get LN2.

Also try your local ice cream stores! Some sell dry ice as well.

What state do you live in? I think you would be amazed with the availability of dry ice in your local grocery stores. Liquid nitrogen is exponentially more difficult.
