Parsnip carrot mash ! Fu@t that was awesome, I did add a lil more butter,but who didn't do that? Along with big chicken breast @ 149F for hour and half with salt, pepper, lemon wedge and fresh garlic
then topped off with some asparagus.

Naw steamed them and then put the fork to them. Plus side my dogs loved the raw peeled parsnip

Yeah. I have found there's a volatile in parsnips you definitely don't want. Will not sv them again.

Thought we weren't supposed to vac seal garlic. I hope that's an old wives tale.

Don't need to vac it just leave open, ziplocks work (the freezer version w/out the zipper). That's not a old wives tale, vac manufacturers give safety info and garlic is on the no-fly list. My new Ary has it in the manual.
