Lamar and I wanted to commend ChefSteps for the great receipe for fried chicken. I have tried several times to fry chicken and it has always benn bad, burnt crust, raw chicken etc. I followed the video to the letter and the chicken was perfect. Moist chicken, perfect lightly floured skin and great. It rivals the old Sunday lunch after church at our house or relatives house. Thanks
