since I'm runnning a family and not a restaurant left overs are a fact of necessity. Needed an option for all the left over pulled pork from the weekend and I thought empanadas! Turned it great.

I love to take extra pulled pork and vac/pack/freeze in 2-4 serving sizes cause it'll be ready for tacos, sammies, etc in a flash and it freezes so well!
