Freezing left over grilled chicken?

anyone freeze left over grilled chicken before? I'm going to marinade some and grill it for salads tonight, but I have too much and wanted to save half for another day. Usually I can use it up over a couple days be we have other plans for the rest of the week this time.

SV and grilled, yes, though the challenge is the amount of liquid (esp water and acid) in the marinade. The water crystals will build as it freezes. Another option may be separating the part you want to keep/freeze. and marinating only the part you will eat within the next few days.

I'm going to grill it all and then freeze half of it. I'll vac seal it first and I have a deep freezer so that does get it frozen a little faster. Hopefully resulting in smaller crystals. So we'll see how it goes. Thanks
