Looks good Star! How did you do the noodles ingredient wise?

Pretty simple. I use onion, mushroom, greens. Fried them with olive oil. Add fish sauce (lighter than soysauce and flavorful) in the end.

Ah, onions that's what I was looking at, thanks... yeah simple! Red Boat 50 goes into so many things in my kitchen! Just made a pot roast tonight using some... so good 😊
