I am new to this community but very excited to cook new foods! I have used my Joule everyday this week to get familiar with it. I have only used the app for recipes so far but looked at some on this website. Many look great but have to ask, what's up with the measurements being in grams? Why are we measuring mass rather than volume? I am going to have to figure this out so I don't mess up but wow, I have never bought Red Wine by the gram
