stuffed w/rough chop celery/wallawallas, fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano, bay and a garlic clove... fat under the breast skin w/smoked paprika outside into a rotisserie toaster oven. A bit of jouled asparagus w/lemon zest butter and some jasmine rice w/butter and shiro shoyu.
And a little pinot noir can't hurt... right?! 🍷
