Saw this on YouTube and was really excited about it. Salmon, cabbage, carrot, chili, ginger, dill, little soy sauce and olive oil. It delivered in flavor, it was fantastic, however presentation was awful. They exploded in the steamer. Anyone work with rice paper before that could offer some tips? Do I just need to multilayer it? Or maybe it was caused by steam inside and I should have put a hole in the top? Going to definitely try again because it was so good.
