I usually find the cake/bread too sweet in U.S.
I made this banana bread. I use Fannie Farmer's baking recipe. But I changed a little bit ingredients. The result ends well. The bread is not very sweet. It smells very good- nutty, coconutty and bananay

... I invented all those words to let you know it is great if you like something less sweet.
1 cup whole grain flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup coconut powder
1 cup chopped walnuts & almond
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup coconut brown sugar
1/2 cup dried plums
1/4 coconut oil
7 bananas
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon baking powder
350 F
Baking for 1 hour.
