Went to the local meat market/farm stand today to stock up for the month. They had some good looking sausage and brussel sprouts so that became dinner. I like the one pan stuff for a quick weeknight meal.
Some sweet Italian for the kids and jalapeño and cheddar for my wife and me. Pan seared the shallots and brussels first and made a quick honey, mustard, worechestershire, rosemary type sauce to put on them. Then baked for a bit at 450 until everything was delicious.
Also picked up some ridiculous 2" thick pork chops that I can't wait to sous vide!
