Chicken breast again @ 149F for 2 hours with fresh infused garlic & rosemary oil in the bag and browned in it too. Finished with some puree parsnips/carrots with some brocilli on the side.

I've said before, w/o sousvide I would never ever have said chicken breast was great but I'm with ya... I can enjoy it again the next day as well.
