My first time ever making this soup but I was feeling under the weather and this felt like a sure fire cure; look at all that garlic!

About a pound of ground spanish chorizo plus 3 sausage links sliced sauteed with 1 large, finely chopped spanish onion in Spanish EVOO with 2 tbsp or so of smoked papkria plus a good amoubt of cayenne.Throw in some honemade sourdough for good measured (cubes and dried in the oven with EVOO) plus homemade chicken blonde stock (free range chicken). The garlic is from my garden, sourdough, chicken stock and chorizo homemade.

It was late tonight so I just had a small mug but tmw I will reheat on the stove and poach a farm fresh egg. Still, it was amazing.

Also, this lifted my spirits today. The first signs of spring in my yard. I set up my cold frames and planted a number of different greens and root vegtables.
