Maybe some Truffle Porcini Omlettes for breakfast and some shaved on top of mashed potatoes at dinner. Just first thoughts but I'd love to hear some suggestions.

great on potatoes, risotto, pasta and eggs. Depends how you want to use them and how much you have. Perigord season is over for the moment (for fresh at least) but Australian season is right around the corner. :-)
