Actually, they are preserved truffles, 1st boil. I am a very lucky guy! The first time my 90y/o mom met my wife, she said, "you're a college professor who speaks 5 languages AND you have the figure of a Supermodel?", and then she looked at me and smiled. Luck doesn't do it justice, no, siree!
