Today i have some question?
In thai it have some famous soup it is "Kang Som kai pla Ryukyu" mean " Fish roe(fish egg) in Red curry Soup"
My question is Can Fish roe sous vide? Because manytime i boil Fish roe it overcook so eazy taste like rubber TwT . I want it look like yolk in 65c plz help.
