A scrappy dinner. Having some from work over in a couple days so mostly old fashion stuff in prep with Joule working on some short ribs. Meanwhile, was able to still poach some lobster for the ravioli I'll serve and some salmon. Salmon served over mussels (left over from shellfish stock) and pasta scraps with herb smoked turnips, beets and leeks (love farmers markets) with a touch of shellfish broth and parsley. Cooking on the road isn't near as nice as home kitchen but better than without Joule (and airbnb).
