I have a recipe for Italian bread that I use to make Italian rolls. Here's a link if you want to try your hand. Give yourself two days from start to finish. The recipe reads that diastatic malt powder is optional but I would urge you to add it if you have it on hand. It will help in the browning of the rolls.
