Ever since the pizza Vlog I have been doing some nice pies but also transitioned into making some bread. Purchased the “Flour Water Salt Yeast” book by Ken Forkish and have been loving it. It provides a great blueprint for bread making at home without the need of a specialized oven. Results have been beautify to watch and delicious to eat. I always make 1 batch (2 loafs) and keep one and gift one. Nobody except for the carbohydrate haters would be disappointed. The hardest part of baking bread at home is waiting for it to cool down so you can eat it.
