chicken dinner! Jouled breast 149/70min, blasted in a Darto, pan sauce w/Pinot Gris, bag juice (bay, thyme,rosemary,garlic, pepper) and butter. Black rice with a pea and sweated sweet onion purée w/bit of dried dill in there... 🍷

Thanks Jack! I could almost do it blindfolded... but then I could grip too low on darto pan handle 🔥 and my knives are a little sharp and my freshly seared fingers could...no I don't think we go for the blindfold 🙄

I'll repeat this combo, the flavors and textures with this plate were just right together.
