Tried out the chocolate pots de creme recipe from the joule app this weekend. Never had an issue with the original version, but these didn't set! It was kind of embarassing as I had some friends over. I had them at 70c for 1 hour as recommended for the "classic" pudding cup texture. Was it heat? Time? Not enough egg yolk? That's the one spot I can think of where I messed up. Their recipe says "about 7 egg yolks" so I just used 7 instead of weighing them. Any thoughts?
