Brined in 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking soda for about an hour, rinsed, then cooked at 138°F for 20 minutes. Then tossed in last thing and mixed in just to get a little sauce on it.

The brine is per pound of shrimp, just enough water to cover.
