Fresh morel mushroom alfredo

Actually found some fresh morels in my backyard today. So morel alfredo, with scallops and stone crab. Warmed the scallops, then seared. Only warmed the stone crab. I plated one of these and my wife plated the other.

nice dinner!! I bet the wife had the plate with five!

I used to get morels every year after I did some landscaping with a load of sand from around the Columbia river. I haven't seen them in a couple of years :-(
