pacojet cleaning

anyone recommend what to use to clean a Pacojet in Europe. Also what I might use temporarily stuck in Turkey on a yacht and can't Import.

I believe the pacojet cleaning brushes are available there as well? Otherwise a toothbrush works well.

Chlorine and hot water , seawater works well too.
