Actually it's a 8000% hydration bread but still... I made beer using my sourdough starter. It's a pretty good beer slightly sour but not too funky. Perfect for the summer!

What do you think about alcohol free beer?

I don't want to be rude or something, but I don't really think that non alcohol beer is beer at all! Man, when you drink beer you want to experience that euphoria, that feeling of "I can do everything if I only wanted", bot simply my stomach full of beverage! Nevertheless, I should be honest here, my wife adores it, and she really say that she drinks beer not because of the alcohol, but because of its taste, women! Anyway, I have read some people thinking the same as I do on beer reviews and that relaxes me a little. However, there are also a lot of people who think it’s delicious!
