As I was still reminiscing of my first ever crawfish boil a few weeks ago when I was in NJ visiting family, I knew that I would have to do something like that here. The only issue.. no access to fresh crawfish in Canada so I had to replace those little awesome creatures with something similar from the same family tree. Mother Day diner was perfect time to do it!!
