I have less than 3 pounds of dark chicken meat and Joule is set for 3 hours. If I am cooking less than 3 pounds as the recipes states, will it still take 3 hours.

• To at least get you some feedback, I would start with a theory saying yes it'll take the same time. Because usually the times are based on the thickness of what your cooking and not so much the quantity. But again this is only a theory. You could check after some time with a temp probe to see how it's coming along until you reach the target temp. Really the only way to know for sure.
